  1.Basic general fields: complete the technical review and approval of mandatory national standards for electric vehicle safety, complete the drafting of electromagnetic compatibility standards for conduction charging, and carry out pre research on post collision safety and environmental adaptability standards for electronic and electrical appliances.

  2. Vehicle field: complete the technical review and approval of mandatory national standards for electric vehicle safety, complete the review and approval of fuel cell vehicle safety standards, promote the formulation of four-wheel low-speed electric vehicle standards, and promote the revision of energy consumption test standards for pure electric vehicles, light hybrid electric vehicles and heavy hybrid electric vehicles.

Strengthen international exchanges and coordination and promote the internationalization of Chinese standards

  1. Give further play to China's leading role in the formulation of technical regulations for electric vehicle safety (EVS), electric vehicle and environment (EVE) and fuel cell vehicle (gtr13) in the United Nations World Vehicle Coordination Forum (WP29), and deeply participate in the research and coordination of EVs phase II regulations.

  2. Fully participate in the international standard activities of ISO / tc22 / sc37 and IEC / tc69 electric vehicles, actively put forward Chinese proposals in key fields such as power battery and charging, actively act as the convener and leader of international standards, and give full play to the scale effect advantage of China's new energy vehicle industry.
