This data is growing at a rate of about 10% every year, but the recycling intensity is less than 2%. Waste battery treatment technology is high. Due to the lack of necessary technical support and treatment equipment, some informal small enterprises are not only difficult to effectively recycle, but also cause more serious secondary pollution. Lead pollution events caused by recycled lead industry occur frequently every year, and the lead industry has always been the focus of national environmental protection regulation and regulation.

  Once the extended producer responsibility system for lead-acid batteries is implemented, it will promote waste batteries to a standardized recycling system. It will be a heavy blow to the current chaotic waste battery recycling market. It will directly prevent waste batteries from flowing into the "three noes" lead refineries from the source, and these small-scale lead smelters will accelerate the elimination.

  For battery manufacturers: in the future, manufacturers need to fulfill the recycling responsibility for the batteries they sell and establish a production recycling mechanism, which is an arduous task for most small battery factories, and the cost of human and material resources will increase greatly.
