  The inspection objects and contents include the inspection of electric vehicle charging infrastructure construction and operation enterprises and relevant charging and replacement facilities, including the safety management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, the safe operation of equipment and facilities and monitoring system, the implementation of construction standards, etc.

  Implementation of safety responsibilities and safety management. According to the requirements of the work safety law, establish and improve the work safety responsibility system, clarify the work safety management organization and responsible personnel, and implement the main body of work safety responsibility at all levels; Establish and improve charging operation safety guarantee system and supervision mechanism, improve safety production rules and regulations, implement safety production funds, and carry out safety production education and training; Establish and improve the fire management and hidden danger investigation and treatment system, regularly carry out electrical safety, technical prevention and control, operation and maintenance operation, safety inspection and hidden danger investigation of fire and lightning protection facilities, implement rectification responsibilities, measures, funds, time limit and plan, and eliminate hidden dangers in time.

 Safe operation of equipment and facilities. Comprehensively strengthen the safe operation management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, establish a regular inspection and operation and maintenance system of equipment and facilities, and ensure the normal and reliable operation of charging equipment, power distribution equipment, cables and protective devices, charging monitoring system and operation management platform. Implement the fault information detection means of charging equipment, power distribution and other electrical equipment and monitoring system, and establish the alarm monitoring, overcharge protection, fault handling and other prevention and control measures and emergency linkage mechanism in the charging process. Check the relevant fire-fighting facilities according to relevant standards to ensure that the equipment is available. Strengthen the safety management and operation maintenance of equipment and facilities to meet the operation requirements of charging and changing facilities.
