Tricycle driver's license

According to Chapter II, Chapter I of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License

As shown in Article 7 of Section 7, the driver shall obtain a motor vehicle driving license according to law. The tricycle belongs to Class D driver's license.

Motor vehicle horn performance requirements

1 The motor vehicle (except the walking tractor unit) shall be equipped with a horn with continuous sound function, and its operation shall be reliable.

2 When the sound level of motor vehicle horn is measured 2 m from the front of the vehicle and 1.2 m above the ground, its value is 80 dB (A)~105 dB (A) for motorcycles with a net engine power of less than 7 kW, and 90 dB (A)~115 dB (A) for other motor vehicles.

3 The generator shall have good technical performance. The battery shall be able to maintain normal voltage. All electrical wires shall be bundled, neatly arranged, fixed and clamped, firmly connected and provided with insulating sleeves. Insulating sleeves shall be installed when wires pass through holes.
