According to Chapter II, Chapter I of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License

As shown in Article 7 of Section 7, the driver shall obtain a motor vehicle driving license according to law. The tricycle belongs to Class D driver's license.

Requirements for test vehicles; Ordinary regular tricycle or side tricycle with at least four speed gears

If an internal combustion engine is used, its cylinder displacement is greater than 50mL, or regardless of the driving mode, its maximum design speed is greater than 50km/h. Including two wheeled motorcycles, side three wheeled motorcycles and regular three wheeled motorcycles (side three wheeled motorcycles and regular three wheeled motorcycles can be collectively referred to as three wheeled motorcycles)

The steering wheels of motor vehicles shall not be equipped with retreaded tyres.

1 The tyres used for motor vehicles shall be suitable for their maximum design speed.

2 The tires of dual wheels shall be installed to facilitate tire inflation, and there shall be no foreign matters between tires of dual wheels.

3 The tire load shall not be greater than the rated load of the tire, and the tire pressure shall conform to the specified pressure when the tire bears the load. For the vehicle with automatic inflation device for tire pressure, the automatic inflation device shall ensure that the tire pressure complies with the regulations of the vehicle manufacturer.

4 Lateral runout and radial runout of wheel assembly

The total mass of a vehicle less than or equal to 4500 kg shall not be greater than 5 mm; The motorcycle shall not exceed 3 mm; Other motor vehicles shall not exceed 8 mm.

5 For motor vehicles with the maximum design speed greater than 100 km/h, the dynamic balance requirements of their wheels shall comply with the provisions of relevant technical conditions.

The cargo box shall be installed firmly and reliably, and the breast board and floor of the cargo box shall be regular and have sufficient strength.

1、 The allowable deviation of the center plane of the front and rear wheels of the main vehicle of two wheeled motorcycles, two wheeled mopeds 、cargo box and side three wheeled motorcycles shall not exceed 10 mm.

2、Passenger cars shall be equipped with wheel guards, the rear wheels of trailers shall be equipped with mudguards, and all wheels of other motor vehicles shall be equipped with mudguards./3 Motor vehicles 3、shall be equipped with plate (frame) that can meet the requirements for plate installation. The front number plate (frame) shall be set in the middle or right side of the front (according to the direction of the motor vehicle), and the rear number plate (frame) shall be set in the middle or cargo box  left side of the back。
