Seat cushion, handrail (or strap) and pedal shall be set for the passenger seat of the main vehicle of two wheel motorcycle and side three wheel motorcycle.

The hot surfaces of tricycles that may be touched during normal startup and operation according to the product instructions and whose temperature is greater than 80 ℃ measured at an ambient temperature of (23 ± 3) ℃ shall be equipped with permanently connected or fixed protective devices or baffles (which cannot be removed without tools).

3 wheel  tricycle specific product advantages:

To solve the fracture of engine cylinder head bolts:

1. The cylinder head bolt is thickened from 8M to 10M

2. The muffler is designed in 3 sections to reduce the range of engine vibration

3. Increase fixed points to make the vibration more stable.

3 wheel  tricycle fan, controlled in two ways:

1. There are separate independent switches.

2. When the water temperature reaches more than 70 degrees, the fan will turn on automatically.

3. Avoid water temperature rise caused by forgetting to open the switch 3 wheel  tricycle.

The cargo box or other cargo carrying device of a motor vehicle must be so constructed that it can safely and securely load goods.

1、 A safety frame at least 70mm higher than the cab shall be installed at the front of the cargo box of trucks (except dump trucks, trucks with a load capacity of less than 1000 kg, and tricycles).

2、The front of the cargo box of a three wheel truck without a cab shall be equipped with a safety frame with strength meeting the requirements, and its height  cargo shall be at least 800mm higher than the driver's seat cushion plane.

3、 For the van in which the driver and  cargo goods are in the same compartment, the isolation device with strength meeting the requirements shall be installed behind the last row of seats.

 Noise control of motor vehicles

1 、Stationary noise of vehicles (except tricycles and low-speed trucks) shall comply with the provisions of GB16170.

2 、The noise level near the driver's ear of automobiles (except three wheelers automobiles and low-speed trucks equipped with single cylinder diesel engines) shall be less than or equal to 90dB (A). See Appendix F for the inspection method.

3、 The noise level near the driver's ear of three wheelers tricycle and low-speed truck equipped with single cylinder diesel engine shall comply with the provisions of three wheelers relevant standards.

4 、The noise inside the three wheelers bus shall be no more than 79dB (A), and the inspection method shall be in accordance with GB/T 1496-1979.
