According to the Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Operation Safety [2], the cab of a three wheeled motorcycle is approved to have one passenger. The number of passengers in the tricycle compartment shall be checked according to 3.4.3.1 and 3.4.3.2, and no seats shall be set up [3].

For a two wheeled ordinary motorcycle and a three wheeled motorcycle with two wheels in front and one wheel in the back, except for the driver, one more person is authorized to take a fixed seat.

One approved passenger in the cab of a regular tricycle; When the compartment has a fixed seat longitudinally arranged (in the same direction as the forward direction of the motor vehicle) (the cushion depth of the fixed seat is not less than 400 mm and the distance between the fixed seat and the driver's seat is not less than 650 mm), one person shall be checked for every 400 mm of the cushion width, but the maximum number shall be two; If the above conditions are not met, the number of passengers in the compartment will not be checked
