The braking force of the service brake must be reasonably distributed among the axles.

1 The braking force of the service braking of motor vehicles (except two wheel, motorized tricycle scooter) must be symmetrically distributed between the left and right wheels of the same axle with respect to the longitudinal central plane of the motor vehicle.

2 The brake must have a wear compensation device. After the brake is worn, the brake clearance must be easily compensated by manual or automatic adjustment devices. The brake control device and its components as well as the brake assembly must have a certain reserve stroke. When the brake is heated to a certain extent, it shall still maintain effective braking without immediate adjustment.

The steering wheels of motor vehicles shall not be equipped with retreaded tyres.

1 The tyres used for motor vehicles shall be suitable for their maximum design speed.

2 The tires of dual wheels shall be installed to facilitate tire inflation, and there shall be no foreign matters between tires of dual wheels.

3 The tire load shall not be greater than the rated load of the tire, and the tire pressure shall conform to the specified pressure when the tire bears the load. For the vehicle with automatic inflation device for tire pressure, the automatic inflation device shall ensure that the tire pressure complies with the regulations of the vehicle manufacturer.

4 Lateral runout and radial runout of wheel assembly

The total mass of a vehicle less than or equal to 4500 kg shall not be greater than 5 mm; The motorcycle shall not exceed 3 mm; Other motor vehicles shall not exceed 8 mm.

5 For motor vehicles with the maximum design speed greater than 100 km/h, the dynamic balance requirements of their wheels shall comply with the provisions of relevant technical conditions.

The cargo box or other cargo carrying device of a motor vehicle must be so constructed that it can safely and securely load goods.

1、 A safety frame at least 70mm higher than the cab shall be installed at the front of the cargo box of trucks (except dump trucks, trucks with a load capacity of less than 1000 kg, and tricycles).

2、The front of the cargo box of a three wheel truck without a cab shall be equipped with a safety frame with strength meeting the requirements, and its height  cargo shall be at least 800mm higher than the driver's seat cushion plane.

3、 For the van in which the driver and  cargo goods are in the same compartment, the isolation device with strength meeting the requirements shall be installed behind the last row of seats.
