Definition of motor vehicles
Wheeled vehicles driven or towed by the power unit, running on the road, used for riding or (and) transporting goods or performing special operations, including automobiles and motor trains, motorcycles and mopeds, tractor transport units, wheeled special mechanical vehicles and trailers, but excluding any vehicles running on the track.
The appearance of the motor tricycle
The appearance of the motor tricycle shall be clean, all parts and components shall be intact, and the connection shall be firm without defects.
The tricycle body shall be upright, and the height difference between the left and right symmetrical parts of the outer edge of the tricycle body shall not exceed 40 mm.
The height difference between the left and right symmetrical parts of the cab and compartment of a regular tricycle and the ground shall not be greater than 20 mm.
Seat cushion, handrail (or strap) and pedal shall be set for the passenger seat of the main vehicle of two wheel motorcycle and side three wheel motorcycle.
The hot surfaces of tricycles that may be touched during normal startup and operation according to the product instructions and whose temperature is greater than 80 ℃ measured at an ambient temperature of (23 ± 3) ℃ shall be equipped with permanently connected or fixed protective devices or baffles (which cannot be removed without tools).
