Steering axle (wheel) load mass and side car wheel load mass of side tricycle
Under the no-load and full load conditions of the motor vehicle, the ratio of the steering axle (wheel) load mass to the curb weight and the allowable total mass of the vehicle shall not be less than:
--Passenger car 30%
--Tricycle and regular tricycle 18%
--Other motor vehicles 20%
Note: For articulated trains, the tractor shall be calculated under no-load and full load conditions.
When the side tricycle is in the no-load and full load conditions, the load mass of the side wheel shall be less than 35% of the curb weight and the maximum design total mass of the motorcycle.
The motor vehicle must be equipped with at least one permanent product label. The fixing method, location, size and type of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 18411. The specific location shall be specified in the product manual. For refitted vehicles, the product label of the original chassis shall not be removed.
All motor vehicles shall be marked with the manufacturer's license plate, vehicle model, manufacturing date, manufacturer's name and place of origin on the product label. See Table 1 for other items that shall be marked on the product labels of various motor vehicles. The content indicated on the product label shall be standard, clear, durable and easy to identify, and the project name shall be in Chinese
Under the no-load and full load conditions, the curb weight and the maximum design total mass of the motor vehicle shall be reasonably distributed among the axles and the axle load mass between the left and right wheels.
The maximum allowable total mass of the motor vehicle shall be calculated according to the net power of the engine, the maximum axle load mass determined by the factory, the bearing capacity of the tire and the officially approved technical documents, and then the minimum value shall be taken for verification.
